RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, with the exception of exchanges.

Exchanges will be honoured up to 21 days from when the product was received. A store credit will be issued (not including shipping costs). your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a store credit gift card will be created and emailed to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, go to our contact page and send your item to: Black Royalty LLC. PO Box 7104, Avon Park, FL 33825.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
